ExtroMind Technologies successfully entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science, marking an important step toward strengthening academic and industrial cooperation. The MoU was established between Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science (SVCAS), Dharmapuri, represented by Dr. D. Maruthanayagam, Head of the Department of Computer Science, on behalf of Dr. K. Balasundaram, Principal, and ExtroMind Technologies, Tiruchengode, represented by Mr. T. Arun Prakasam, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer. The agreement became effective from 16 July 2018 and was intended to promote mutual cooperation between the institution and ExtroMind Technologies.

The MoU covered the following areas:

  • Academic collaboration including Research & Development
  • Government-sponsored Skill Development Training Programmes
  • Industrial Real-Time Projects for students with stipend
  • Training and Internship Programmes
  • Placement Guidelines and Consultancy

The specific activities under the partnership were to be implemented through corresponding Memoranda of Agreement (MoA). The MoU was stated to remain in force for five years, subject to renewal by mutual consent.
