ExtroMind Technologies successfully entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rooman Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, on 5 February 2016, marking an important milestone in its efforts to expand its education, training, and skill-development initiatives.
Under the MoU, ExtroMind Technologies was appointed as a “Training Partner” by Rooman Technologies on a non-exclusive basis to conduct vocational training courses under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and other mutually agreed skill-development programmes.

Partnership Focus
According to the MoU, Rooman Technologies was engaged in providing education and training services in areas including IT/ITES, Electronics, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, and related sectors. Rooman was also identified as an authorized training partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and various Sector Skill Councils (SSCs).
ExtroMind Technologies was recognized in the agreement as an institution engaged in providing education and training services, and agreed to conduct training programmes in accordance with the prescribed course curriculum and requirements.
Training Partner Responsibilities
The MoU outlines responsibilities including student mobilization, candidate sourcing, registration and enrolment, Aadhaar-related verification, bank-account facilitation, collection of assessment fees, and supporting the delivery of vocational training programmes.
